This hotel definitely exceeded my expectations. Despite being affordable, it felt like a high-end establishment. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The room itself was not only comfortable, but also beautifully decorated. I was lucky enough to stay on the top floor, which provided me with a stunning view of the city. The breakfast, served with a beautiful view, was the cherry on top of a delightful stay.
All was well.

The hotel had a great breakfast with different menu options for all tastes and diets. The location was super convenient, close to many tourist attractions and with lots of transportation options nearby. , the free Wi-Fi was a plus, the signal was strong and we could easily stay connected.
Sadly, our experience was not so great. The staff was not friendly and welcoming, and their behavior was rude and unprofessional.

the breakfast was definitely a highlight, with a range of fresh and healthy options to choose from. the location was also perfect, just a short walk away from the main bus stops and tourist spots, but still quiet and peaceful at night.
Perhaps the only thing I could think of is that the hotel didn't offer wine, but that's just a personal preference.

I recently had an amazing stay at this hotel in Hanoi. the location was perfect - not far from the bustling city life but still quiet enough to have a peaceful night's sleep. The hotel's proximity to the main bus stops made it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. Additionally, being close to the most touristy spots in the Old Quarter allowed me to easily immerse myself in the local culture. Another highlight was the rooms on the top floor, which provided a nice view of the city. Lastly, the breakfast with a beautiful view was the perfect way to start each day.
All was perfect during my stay.
